Program coordination
Program coordination largely consists of steering, implementation and control of the overall program and the embedded three project sites (Bolivia, India and Kenya). The overall coordination of the program and the projects is realised by the international program coordinator (FiBL). In addition, local implementing partners at the project site supporting FiBL with the establishment and maintenance of the project activities. The program coordinator (FiBL) receive funds for their respective activities from four different donors. Together with FiBL, the donors form a Coordination Committee of Donors (CCD), which takes strategic decisions regarding future plans for the program and it monitors progress at the level of impact chains. As a scientific backstop FiBL established different Scientific Advisory Boards (SAB) at program and project level which are completed by collaborating institutions.
